Welcome to Sea Level.  

From the moment you walk through the door, the sea takes center stage. Your eye is immediately drawn through the home to the turquoise Caribbean beyond, with expansive water views creating a stunning backdrop to the main living spaces. Soaring 19 foot vaulted ceilings add to the sense of openness, giving the home a light, airy feel while the sea remains the star of the show.

The name could not be more fitting. Set directly on Alabaster Bay Beach on Eleuthera’s calm Caribbean side, Sea Level puts you about as close to the water as you can get. Step off the deck, walk down the stairs, and your feet are in the sand with the Caribbean just steps away.

Newly built and designed with exceptional attention to detail, this luxurious three-bedroom, three-bath home combines sophisticated interiors with effortless island living. Add a private heated saltwater pool overlooking the sea (a fee $50 per day applies to have the pool heated) and a location just 10 minutes from Governor’s Harbour, and getting to paradise could hardly be easier.

For year-round comfort, mini split air conditioning is provided throughout the home, including every bedroom and the living areas. Ceiling fans are also located in every bedroom and the main living area, giving you the choice of cool air conditioning or an easy island breeze.

Sea Level is the sister property to our home AZURE in North Palmetto Point. While Sea Level is brand new, we are not new to welcoming guests to Eleuthera. Wake Up to the Sea
Two spacious primary suites face the Caribbean, each with a king bed, sliding glass doors opening directly onto the deck, and a 55 inch Smart TV.
And the views do not stop at the bedroom doors.

The first primary bathroom features a soaking tub positioned to overlook the sea, double vanity, and glass enclosed shower with beautiful water views.

The second primary bathroom also features a sea view soaking tub and glass enclosed shower overlooking the water.

The third bedroom is tucked onto the lush, tropical side of the house and features a queen bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom with a distinctive arched shower.  This bathroom can also be accessed from the main living area, making it convenient for guests when entertaining.

A Kitchen Made for More Than Vacation Cooking
The kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, centered around a spectacular quartz island more than 10 feet long with seating for six.
High end appliances include a Café refrigerator and double oven and KitchenAid dishwasher.

For guests who love to cook, we have gone well beyond the basics. The kitchen is stocked for preparing everything from a quick island breakfast to a full dinner at home, with Calphalon and All Clad cookware, Dutch ovens, quality chef’s knives, a Ninja blender, and all the essentials you would expect in a thoughtfully equipped kitchen.

And because mornings matter, there is a dedicated coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and French press. We will even have French roast ground coffee waiting to get your first few mornings started.

A separate laundry room just behind the kitchen provides additional storage and doubles as a convenient butler’s pantry.

Cocktails, Dinner & Nights In
The living room wet bar may become one of your favorite gathering places. Pull up a seat for cocktails, chill wine or glasses in the refrigerator drawers, and never worry about running out of ice thanks to the built-in ice maker.

For dinner, gather around the 72-inch round dining table beneath handmade macramé pendants from Morocco.

After dinner, sink into the oversized sofa, choose a spot among the generous additional seating, and stream a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV. We also provide games and puzzles for those nights when staying in sounds better than going anywhere at all.

Your Backyard Is the "Caribbean"
Slide open the doors and step onto the deck overlooking Alabaster Bay Beach (also known as Receiver’s Beach).

Settle into a chaise with a book, enjoy the shade and breeze beneath the outdoor ceiling fans, or turn on the outdoor speakers and spend the afternoon listening to music with the sea in front of you.

The fully tiled, heated saltwater pool sits directly beside the water. At 10 by 18 feet, it is just the right size for a morning swim, an afternoon float, or a late day dip.

That is, if you can convince yourself to get out of the Caribbean.

Walk down the stairs from the deck and your feet are directly in the sand. Additional chaise loungers are waiting on the beach, so moving from pool to sea requires very little effort.

There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a swim or simply taking your shower outside and enjoying the warm Eleuthera air.

At Sea Level, the water is not simply the view. It is part of the house.

Luxury With Peace of Mind
Island living should feel effortless. Sea Level is equipped with a backup generator, providing added comfort and peace of mind in the event of a local power interruption.

It is one more detail designed to let you settle in, switch off, and enjoy Eleuthera.

A Few Things We Provide
We know the little things matter, especially when you have just arrived on the island. We provide a thoughtful selection of essentials so you can unpack, settle in, and start enjoying your vacation.

In each shower you will find Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with hand soap in the bathrooms. We specifically chose Public Goods because its products are sulfate and paraben free, and its bottles are made from recycled sugarcane. They are products that perform beautifully while also offering a more sustainable choice.

The refrigerator is equipped with its own filtered water system. We also provide a 5 gallon water jug for guests who prefer bottled drinking water.  Ice is available from both the freezer and the built-in ice maker at the bar.

These are starter supplies intended to make your arrival easy. Depending on the length of your stay and personal use, you may need to replenish items during your visit.

Sea Level is Eleuthera without compromise. Barefoot mornings, turquoise water, afternoon swims, sunset cocktails, and a beautifully designed home where the Caribbean is quite literally at your doorstep.

After all, with a name like Sea Level, where else would you want to be?

The only real decision is pool or sea.
